When they send two free bottles, the makers of Acai XM are actually sending two separate products, Acai XM and Regimex XM.

Acai XM contains the Acai berry extract. The site FAQs make a point that Acai XM contains Acai extract and “not just a powder” and claim to be more than twice as concentrated as powdered Acai. The only other ingredient in Acai XM is the plant-based capsule, which is both kosher and halal certified.

We did not find complete information about the ingredients to Regimex XM, but that supplement contains Caralluma Fimbriata, an appetite suppressing herbal succulent that has been garnering some attention in the diet industry.

The Acai XM site is fairly similar in layout to many of the Acai offers you will find on the Internet. The main distinguishing features are the Oprah video advertising the free trial and the numerous free gifts that come with every Acai XM order.

Just be aware of two things:

1. XM Brands charges a 45% restocking fee for returned merchandise
2. They ship quarterly — not monthly — supplies of their supplements, so you will be shipped three months’ of Acai XM / Regimex XM at a time, NOT one month if you stick to their membership plan. On the plus side, membership has its privileges and the quarterly shipments come at $80 off of the suggested retail price.

That said, the Acai XM site provides a 1-800 number for cancellation purposes.

We did not see any particular tricks for savings on this site beyond the numerous gifts offered by XM brands.
